The Mount Penn Borough Municipal Authority has been made aware of a potential scam involving individuals requesting access to properties to verify water valves for a replacement project.
Please be advised: No one should be granted access to your home or property without prior confirmation from the Mount Penn Borough Municipal Authority.
If someone contacts you or appears at your home claiming they need to inspect your water lines, pipes or valves, do not allow them access until you have verified the appointment directly with us.
