Mount Penn Borough Municipal Authority is a municipally owned, non-profit organization with a five member board of directors. Board members are appointed to a five year term by their member municipality.
It is the responsibility of each member of the Board of Directors to represent their communities’ interest in the running and operation of Mt. Penn Water.
Board meetings are held the second Wednesday each month at 7:00p.m. and are open to the public.

The most important duty of Mt. Penn Water is to provide the public with a safe and reliable supply of drinking water. Our employees, many of whom are Mt. Penn Water customers themselves, take pride in being able to provide this service to the community.
Mount Penn Borough Municipal Authority serves 3,600 customers in Mt. Penn, Lower Alsace, St. Lawrence and parts of Exeter.
